Tailored Support in Every Home

All of our properties are designed to accommodate between one and four supported individuals. To provide the necessary care and ensure access to therapeutic activities, staff teams range in size from seven to thirteen members. Our services are designed around the individual with the person at the centre.

Consistent and Dedicated Staffing

Each home is led by a dedicated Service Manager and supported by a team that includes key workers assigned to each individual, as well FREDIE Champions. Staff are primarily based at a single location during their core working hours, helping to build strong, trusting relationships and ensuring continuity of care. Importantly, we do not use agency staff, which allows us to maintain consistency and a deep understanding of each person’s needs and preferences. When team members transition to new roles or occasionally support other homes, these changes are carefully planned and managed through a clear succession strategy to ensure ongoing stability and support.

Welcoming New Supported Individuals

When a new individual joins our service, they are supported by a balanced team of both experienced and newer staff members. New team members assume key worker responsibilities only after successfully completing their probation period, ensuring they fully embrace our values and approach to care
