Eligibility to Work in the UK

In compliance with UK Government guidelines, Zeno Ltd is required to hold valid documentation that proves an individual’s eligibility to work in the UK.

What You Need to Provide:

During the interview process, you will be asked to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK. A list of admissible documents will be provided to you (this list is set by the UK Government and can be found here). It is important to note that this list is not created by Zeno.

Document Retention:

Zeno will keep a copy of the documents you provide for the duration of your employment and for a period of two years following the end of your employment.

Expiry and Continued Evidence:

If your document has an end date, you will be required to provide updated evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK when the previous document is about to expire.
